I’m happy to say that I met my self-imposed target of completing the first full read-through of The Truths We Live by this weekend with ease. I actually completed the read-through on Thursday evening.
I don’t deadlines when it comes to my writing—I get enough of deadlines at work, I don’t need them in an activity that’s supposed to be a hobby.
But I am happy to set goals. Goals aren’t deadlines. Deadlines get you in to trouble if you miss them. Goals… Not so much.
I thought it might be worthwhile just posting a little update with where I’m at with the various projects I’m working on.
So… I have a first draft of The Truths We Live. I think I’ve been able to find the balance that I spoke about a couple of days ago and I’m happy with where I’ve left Bobby & co for now. If you’ve read “The Lies We Lead” you may recall he filmed an audition with Amber where she played a teenager in her bedroom reading a dirty book on her […]
It’s been over two years since I last published anything. That was The Lies We Lead. It’s been over three years since I released the second book in the Paul Robertson Saga, A Tortured Soul. So what have I been doing in the meantime, when’s my next book going to come out and what the […]
It’s been just about six months since my last post on this blog, over a year since my last post on the “From Across the Pond” blog and about five months since a post on “The Grumpy Blog”. All of which is unforgivable. I have tried to keep up a presence on Facebook and twitter […]
