My last post here was August last year, following the utter cock-up that the government made of the A-level results. My intention in starting this blog wasn’t really to spend all my time having a go at the failing government—which is good because that be a full-time job such are their failures—but instead it was supposed to be a place to express the thoughts, questions & ideas that swim around in my noggin at a bit more length than Twitter allows.
If you read yesterday’s post, you’ll know that my current goal to do a full read through/edit of the first draft of The Truths We Live. As part of this one thing I’m doing is adding fake tweets and text messages to the manuscript. These will carry through into the eBook and while it will make the eBook file larger to do this, I hope it will add to the experience of reading it.
It’s been well over a year since my last post on this
website or on “The Grumpy Blog”. It’s been almost three years since my last
post on “From Across the Pond”.
It’s been just over six months since I posted anything on my
Facebook author page and about four months since I made a post on my Facebook
profile – and that was something banal about the Harry Potter films.
