With “A Healing Love” out in the wild and being well received, and a fully revised and updated version of “A Good Man” also available, I thought it was time to update you on the projects I’m currently working on.
Project Updates
Ongoing & New Works in Progress
Like any writer, I have several projects on the go, some of which sit on the back burner while other projects take precedence. That is the case with the first two projects in this list.
- The Facts We Face: This is the 3rd book in the Lies Series. I’ve written about eighteen thousand words of this, but it’s been stalled for over a year while I focused on completing A Healing Love.
- The Big Ten Ohhh!: This is the sequel to The Big Four Ohhh! but I’ve written myself into a bit of a corner with it. It’s currently about eight thousand words, but I think I need to delete the last thousand or so and refocus the narrative. I don’t like deleting what I’ve written, which is why it’s stalled.
The next couple of projects are new, and I’m actively working on both of them.
- A Loving Light: This is the fifth (and hopefully final) Paul Robertson book. I’m about two chapters in and I like where it is so far. This should be very satisfying to write as I pull all the threads of Paul’s life together to finish his story.
- The Paybody Engagement: Interesting one this as it’s something of an experiment. I’ll blog about it properly later this week or next week, but it’s currently just over thirty thousand words and proceeding nicely. I do have more to say on this, but you will have to wait.
As of today, every completed chapter that I’ve written of The Facts We Face and The Paybody Engagement can be read on my Ream Stories page if you are a Postgraduate member. That’s also where you’ll find my experimental “AI Analysis” project for A Good Man.
I’ve started moving some of my older stories to Wattpad and opened an Inkitt page, where I’ll gradually move my older stories and WIPs for members, matching Ream.
Lots going on. Keeping busy. Feeling happy.
