Today, I began posting early access chapters of “A Healing Love”, the fourth Paul Robertson Saga book, on my Ream Stories page for the top-tier “Postgraduate” members.
This is very much an experiment for me and not something I’ve ever done before. I usually like to release a story when it’s finished, edited and polished, but these chapters are far from that.
Firstly, the book is not finished. That’s really important to say, so I’ll say it again. The book is not finished. What you will see if you sign up is a work in progress.
I’ll post two chapters a week until the Ream page is up to date with where I’ve written up to (currently 19 chapters), and after that, I’ll post each new chapter as it’s completed. But these chapters are raw, unedited and very much subject to change.
If I make changes to chapters, I’ll re-up those chapters and notify members in the community posts.
I’m doing this because I’d really, really love your feedback on what I’ve written so far and where you think the story should go. You can make in-line comments on the story itself, and I’ll start a discussion thread available to postgrads in the community posts, too. This is your chance to get an early look at the next step in Paul’s journey, albeit a look that might be quite different from the final release version, and the chance to influence the story. I may well ask members specific questions about some aspects of what I’ve written, or for your opinions on what could or should happen next. I’m not saying I’ll follow your suggestions, but you never know…
So, if you are keen to see what happens next and don’t want to wait however long it takes me to finish writing, editing, and polishing the story, then join me at Ream and become a Postgraduate of Westmouthshire University.
