I don’t deadlines when it comes to my writing—I get enough of deadlines at work, I don’t need them in an activity that’s supposed to be a hobby.
But I am happy to set goals. Goals aren’t deadlines. Deadlines get you in to trouble if you miss them. Goals… Not so much.
So, my currently set goal is to complete the review of the first draft of The Truths We Live as soon as possible. I by as soon as possible I mean this weekend. Maybe.
We’ll see.
If I can do that, then the next goal to meet will be to set a release date and make a start of working on a marketing plan.
I’ve got 27 chapters to review. About 83,000 words. Wish me look.
